Main Responsibilities:

• Managing strategic planning and building roadmap for the product
• Leading product implementation and deployment by creating road-plan and communicating it to the team
• Gathering feedback from customers, decide which features are the most important to work on
• Analyzing complex user data sets to understand user engagement, conversion, monetization, and retention statistics. Designed and implemented features to increase retention and monetization.
• Allocating limited resources in the most effective way (based on how customers are reacting to the current product) and setting specifications according to business goals. Preparing benchmark analysis and business cases to decide the prioritization of new features and projects.
• Working in coordination with the development team to execute, deliver and improve the product
• Leading product implementation and deployment
• Performing daily scrums to control development status
• Developing and own deep market expertise
• Developing a high performing product team
• Developing key partnership relationships, and managing both internal & external stakeholders

• Product Management Know-How
• Technical & Mathematical understanding (Engineering background is not a must)
